Yes, connecting requires your Instagram account to be a professional (Business or Creator) account. If your account is still personal, you can switch to a professional account for free in about a minute from within the Instagram app, and your existing posts and followers stay exactly as they are.

No. SmartPost uses Instagram's own login (Instagram API with Instagram Login), so you can connect and post using only your Instagram account — no Facebook Page or Facebook account is required.

Yes. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.

The chat interface and generated captions support 34 languages, automatically detected from your device, and can be changed anytime from your store settings page.

No. We only publish a photo and its caption when you explicitly reply to post it in the chat. See our Privacy Policy for details on exactly how we use Instagram permissions.
