License

We grant Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within the scope of their monthly subscription. Ownership of the Service and its components (software, design, generation logic, etc.) remains with us or the rightful rights-holder.

Captions generated for your photos may be freely used, edited, or discarded for the purpose of posting to your own Instagram account. You retain all rights to the photos you send us; we do not claim ownership of them.

• Copying, modifying, or redistributing our software or design.
• Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the Service.
• Using the registration code issued to your store for any purpose other than your own store.

The Service is built using third-party software and libraries, including open-source software, and integrates with the LINE Messaging API, WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram API, and Google Gemini API. Use of these platforms through the Service is subject to each provider's own terms and policies.
