Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of SmartPost (the "Service"), provided by AIツールラボ. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service lets a store send a photo via LINE or WhatsApp, uses AI to generate an Instagram caption for it, and — only when the store explicitly instructs it to — publishes the photo and caption to the store's own connected Instagram professional account.

You must be the rightful operator of the Instagram professional (Business/Creator) account you connect, and be authorized to post content on its behalf. You are responsible for the content of any photo you send us and for the accuracy of your store information.

Fees, the free trial period, and billing cycle are as stated on our pricing page and the Legal Disclosure page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

• Sending photos or text that infringe the rights of a third party or violate applicable law.
• Using the Service in a way that violates Instagram's, LINE's, or WhatsApp's own terms of use.
• Attempting to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Using the Service for any Instagram account you do not have the right to post on behalf of.

AI-generated captions are provided without any guarantee of accuracy or suitability. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis; see our Disclaimer page for details on our limitation of liability.

We may suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or for an individual store, if these Terms are violated or if we determine it necessary for the operation of the Service.

We may revise these Terms without prior notice as needed. Revised versions take effect once posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our registered address.
